We are here to connect you with the mental health resources you need.

We are a local Cache Valley organization that is here to connect people with mental health resources existing in our community. We want to bring awareness to suicide and provide support for people who have lost loved ones to suicide. Our ultimate goal is to prevent suicide by providing everyone information to connect them to community mental health resources and a supportive community.

We are always looking for people to contribute their own unique gifts to our organization. Some examples of volunteer opportunities are suicide prevention training, organizing events, life coaching, yoga, and compiling resources in the community.
